Very simply, we need your correct email
address and we need to keep it current, active, and accurate, for
good reasons. Several departments at YPS need this to serve you now or
in the near future. Depending upon the security systems you have and
your function in your organization, some elements will be delivered to
you or others via email: reports of various types, service
bulletins, service or equipment alerts, maintenance messages, updates,
etc. - no spam or the like. The advantages of email are speed,
efficiency, reduced paper consumption or waste, etc. Review our
privacy statement if you wish.
Please help us to serve you better; our purpose. The form
above is for your convenience, but we don't care how you provide your
email address to us - by telephone, email, or form. You can send an
email - you can telephone us at 800-544-9591 and ask for Data Entry.
We need your address and addresses of others in your organization that
play a part in your security and its administration. Your alerting them
to this or having someone provide all applicable email addresses would
be appreciated - Don't miss important security updates, bulletins,
reminders, alerts, or other important messages or services. Once we
have your email address in a secure file, you and others can update
addresses here if and when changed, or call Data Entry toll-free. Thank
